Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry, share materials you request (such as an investor overview), and maintain our professional correspondence with you. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We will only send you ongoing communications, such as project updates, where you have asked for them, and every such message will include a way to unsubscribe.
Service providers
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. Contact form submissions are delivered to us by FormSubmit. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which may log requests as part of serving those files. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it on servers outside Canada, where it is subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.
Retention and safeguards
We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to serve the purpose for which it was provided and to meet legal and business record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted. Access to personal information is limited to those at MOVA who need it.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@movaproperties.ca and we will respond within 30 days.
