Anoop Brar built MOVA around a belief that most real estate is built for the wrong audience — developers who won't own it, buyers who won't live in it. MOVA is built differently: for the long-term owner, for the resident, for the investor who thinks in decades.
His background spans development, construction management, design oversight, and private investment. He has been involved in projects ranging from custom luxury residences to CMHC-backed multifamily development — and at every scale, the standard has been the same.
Anoop runs MOVA with direct involvement at every stage of every project. Not because he has to — because the quality of the outcome depends on it. That's the model. That's the standard. And it doesn't change.

Our Approach
Most developers build for the exit. Materials are chosen to hit a price point, not to endure. Design is value-engineered, not valued. The building is a product — sold and forgotten the day the last unit closes.
MOVA is the opposite. We underwrite every project as a 20-year hold. That changes everything: how we choose the site, how we design the building, who we hire to build it, and how we operate it once it's complete. Long-term ownership is not a marketing position — it's the filter through which every decision gets made.
