Anoop built MOVA on a simple conviction: most real estate is built for the wrong audience — developers who won't own it, buyers who won't live in it. MOVA is built for the long-term owner, the resident, and the investor who thinks in decades. His background spans development, construction management, design oversight, and private investment — from custom luxury residences to CMHC-backed multifamily. He stays directly involved at every stage, because the quality of the outcome depends on it.
