Earned on a Technical Site
2189 Bear Mountain Pkwy is not a flat lot. It required geotechnical engineering, retaining wall design, and rockfill before a foundation could be laid. Three storeys were designed to work with the hillside — basement development, main floor, upper floor — each level stepping into the mountain rather than sitting on top of it. The site made the home harder to build and more interesting to be in.

Buster & Punch Throughout
Hardware is where luxury homes reveal their actual ambition. Every switch plate, outlet cover, and fixture at Navigators Rise is Buster & Punch — the London-based brand known for machined brass and steel hardware that ages better than anything it replaces. It's a detail most visitors can't name but every visitor notices. That is exactly the point.

A Home That Thinks for Itself
Navigators Rise was designed with integrated smart home systems from the ground up — not retrofitted as an afterthought. Lighting, climate, security, and AV are programmed into the architecture rather than layered onto it. The result is a home that responds to how it is lived in. The most considered detail is the one you never have to think about.
